Went here last night 09/16/2017 with one of my pageant queens, and my expectations were most definitely exceeded. It was obviously busy and our server Rebeka made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed. Our drinks never went empty, she gave us her full attention when she asked if we needed anything. She is the reason I am coming back. Yes of course the food we great but I have never had service quite like I received from her. Thank you Rebeka for making our last minute decision to go out a well worth it trip that will lead to many more!!!
Better Ruby Tuesday than most. Usually well staffed. A couple of criticisms: Sometimes to cook on their meat is overdone. And every so often the to-go orders will be wrong. Other than that, it's fine. Clean place. Service is good. Food is overall very good. Salad Bar is one of the best I've seen.
My family likes Ruby Tuesday. My grandson chose RT for his birthday dinner last week. But, sometimes the food takes a long time, or the staff isn't well trained, or (as happens) there are no cooks or new cooks. I've owned a restaurant and I get that these things happen, but, forgetting a side at least every visit, over cooking chicken strips, or bringing sweet tea to a diabetic when unsweet was asked for - those a rookie errors and Ruby Tuesday should be better than that. Still, we like the food and when they are obviously going through some training issues we just stay away for a couple of weeks. They have something that each of us likes and a couple of items that work around food allergies. So, overall - a solid place to eat - most of the time.
My two daughters went to eat here over the weekend! I got the chicken strip dinner. It was fantastic! My daughter's got the small sirloin steak dinners n they said it was great. The waiter we had was awesome! He was very attentive n made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was very clean. The only thing I was disappointed with was that they no longer have the small sweet biscuits! The overall experience was fantastic!!
Ate lunch in Ellijay today. Salad bar was great and everything was fresh and plentiful. My daughter ordered Bourbon Chicken and I ordered a burger medium. Burger came out black and hard looked like a piece of charcoal and my daughters cheese on the chicken was hard and over cooked. Manager came over and made a joke about how he saw how bad the burger was cooked as he approached. He offered us a dessert which we turned down and that was that. We watched and he took the burger back to the garbage and never went and spoke to the cook. Quite frankly IF we ever go back it will only be for salad bar. For the prices they charge I will go across the street and eat a steak at Long Horn.
