Fabulous service!!!
I was not greated when I came in and there were 2 ladys behind the counter. One was speaking with another customer and the other was standing there and she just looked at me. Never was I asked if I could be helped or anything. She watched me walk in the door and stared at me as I walked towards her, still with not greeting or smile or nothing. I then was insulted by their offer, which was not explained. Even after asking for her to explain why, she could not give me any kind of explination. The lady was older and should have known how to treat a customer but it was obvious she was oblivious to the notion! Also, I could hear several other employees in the back conversing and laughing as I stood in the front with no one attempting to speak with me or make any kind of sale (no I wasnt there for that purpose but they didnt know that). It has been a very long time that I have been treated that horribly as a customer.
This establishment used blatant lies in it's marketing campaign. Recently, they cited a couple, new to the area, as long time customers. In this same advertisement, the couple was also cited as recently 'tying the knot', which in fact happened over one and a half years ago, as I was present at the public ceremony. This business does not provide a truthful marketing department, as it would rather rely on bent truths in place of fact.
I have been doing business with North Georgia Diamond, Bill and Allyson Craig, and all their great staff for about ten years. They are the greatest. I'll be back often.
Allison is an awesome designer of jewelry. Her and Bob auto cad a ring for me and I must say it's absolutely beautiful! The staff also is wonderful and can help you with anything you need. I highly recommend North Georgia Diamond!
