Beautiful mountain views. Good breakfast. Coffee access all day was really nice. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable clean room. Would definitely stay again when back in area.
Entrance driveway was so steep and crooked that I almost ran off a 30” sheer dropoff upon accessing the property. I was really angry when the staff seemed to not take my complaint seriously. (You think this driveway is bad?? You should see the one at my house. ) Room had wooden frame base for the mattress,, bed was uncomfortable . Not nearly enough electric outlets. Had to unplug lamps in order to keep electronic devices charged. Fan in bathroom runs noisily on whenever light is on. Can’t use bathroom light for a nightlight because of the noise. Breakfast offering compared to other hotels was lacking. Entering and editing bathtub/shower was an adventure as there was no anti-slip device in the tub and no grab bars to aid in executing this maneuver .
This is the "best" Best Western I have ever stayed at. This is a really nice place, great view, very clean. Very nice folks running it. I'll definitely be back.
Update: We are back! Still love this place. Same clean rooms, kind staff and nice facilities. Plus our room has a beautiful view.
The front desk people disappear and take a long time to return. There is no elevator. The Front desk manager was rude. I am a Diamond member and was made to purchase water from a vending machine. Beds were uncomfortable. Our group was asked to be quiet in the common area at 7pm when 'Quiet time' doesn't start until 9pm. The only bright spot was the breakfast and the young red haired girl who staffed it. She was super nice and helpful.
Found room clean, neat and maintained as well as comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Not far from a grocery. Only real problem is drive leading to complex. Large vehicles need to go down roadway past entrance turn around to make access easier. View is well worth the effort, recommend a stay here regardless of the driveway.
