In my opinion, they are extremely undependable, very unreliable, extremely expensive, (since I had it fixed for $95 total, by somebody else) and Tom, apparently the owner, was extremely rude to me on the phone basically telling me I had no right to call him on a Sunday night after I had just missed his call and was returning the call to him two minutes later??? I had a very bad feeling about this company before hand and felt like they were going to charge me three to $500 to repair something simple. And apparently their independently wealthy to where they don't need the work and don't show up to do a job, I would definitely, absolutely not recommend these people to anyone!
Called and made an appointment, was told they would be here in 1 to 3 hours and this was at 1 o'clock in the afternoon. Waited until 7 PM and never received a phone call or anything. Called back at 7:05 PM and got voicemail and then the following day I got a phone call saying they got backed up and couldn't make it. I never received a phone call, a text, email, etc. Their business is eight minutes from my house but a service call was $80 plus $60 for each hour that their here. I Was very concerned about the upcoming freeze and my Spa not functioning but it didn't seem to bother them in the least!
Tom came out several times and said he replaced several parts. Hot tub would not heat up. After spending around $1500.00, he said he did not know what was wrong with it, and the new panel would not work. He worked on it one day and left for around 10 days to go out of country on a trip. Had to call him to come back to continue work. After several trips and paying him for parts and service calls we gave up on him and decided to find someone else. Terrible service!
Tom came recommended by a property management company in the area. He's known for great prices and responsiveness. We needed a new hot tub quickly for our renters so Tom came out immediately to see if the hot tub we were interested in buying would fit in the area we wanted to put it in. He went above and beyond to get our hot tub installed in less than a week while other hot tub installers were going to take several weeks to install one. Highly recommend Tom! And his wife was very helpful as well.
