I have always done business with Aaron's, and I will always continue to do business with them,they have never done me wrong, they have always keeped their word with me .Thank you Aaron's your the best
never been so disrespected... I needed a refrigerator fast.. (mine went out) was told by Joseph no problem and could have it out the next day. took my info and my money.... they gave a 4 hour window for delivery and when it was in the last hour of delivery, I haven't heard anything so I called.. Joseph told me that he was having a bad day and that the delivery would be late and he was bringing it himself. well about an hour later he calls and gives me this story that his guys got lost and my fridge was not coming til the next day. needless to say a lot of food went bad. called day of delivery (they were late). Joseph was very rude. so we asked for the number to the district manager and was told that wouldn't do me any good because they will refer me back to joseph. well I have news for you. be ready to come and get this refrigerator when my month is up. I was going to pay it off but I think I'll be better off with anyone else at this point and I will never refer anyone to Aarons. this store sucks big time.
Not much to say besides they are high. Claim to help people but just ripping them off instead.
I was a long time customer with this Aaron's while living in Jasper. When Andrew, the manager was promoted to another store in Sandy Springs, his replacement John, just like Andrew went above and beyond. I have never had a bad experience with either. Once I moved to Marietta, I looked up which Store Andrew was located. I still used Andrew as my go-to guy for Aaron's. It's more about customer service and customer satisfaction with these guys. Actually looking for them now, its time to utilize there services again. Also, the manager from the Canton Rd store was awesome too. Always worked with me and made sure our purchases were 100% satisfied. Need to find one of these guys again.
